Common questions

What is a data source in the case of ClickUp?

A data source is a Space. The pricing is based on the number of spaces you explicitly import to Screenful, not the total number of spaces in ClickUp. One data source can contain any number of lists and folders. You can compare plans on the pricing page.

Is access to imported ClickUp data controlled only by Screenful or does my own ClickUp permissions also affect what I can see inside Screenful?

ClickUp permissions only affect your ability to create data sources. You can create data sources only from the spaces you have access to in ClickUp.

What does public / private visibility mean in the chart and report settings?

By default, charts and reports are public. You can set them to private in the settings (behind the three dots menu).

Visibility Settings Explanation

  • Public charts appear in the Charts tab for all users in your account. Anyone can edit the chart or add it to a report.
  • Private charts appear only to you in the Charts tab, and other users cannot view it.
  • Public reports are visible under the Reports tab to all users, while private reports are visible only to you.
What can I do with the AI assistant?

The Screenful AI assistant helps you get answers to your questions. You can use a chat interface to ask questions about Screenful features or create charts.

What does Reaction time, Lead time, Cycle time mean?

Metrics Definition:

  • Reaction time: time before work was started
  • Cycle time: time from start to completion
  • Lead time: Reaction time + Cycle time
Are weekends included in the cycle time calculations?

Weekends are included in the calculations by default, but you can change that in the chart settings.

Does this support my specific workflow or do I have to use some specific states like "open", "in progress" and "done"?

You are not limited to any specific set of states or workflow; you can configure your own.
